"Mutual evaluation" is a function that allows users to evaluate each other for each task classification in the career model.
Details of each function
Select whether the aggregate value is an aggregate of ratings by other users or an aggregate of ratings by managers.
If you want to change or select the tasks to display in the list, click the "Select" link.
Clicking the link will display the task categories.
Select the tasks you want to display and click the "Select" button to set the task category you want to display.
After selecting the tasks, you can display them in a list by clicking the "Show" button.
"Peer evaluation" is a feature that allows users to evaluate each other for each task category.
On the "Peer evaluation level judgment" screen, you can see a summary based on the evaluation results.
If you want to remove some tasks from the display or view the currently selected tasks, click the "Show selected" button.
Then click the "X" on the relevant row and either click the "X" in the top right or click outside the screen and click the "Show" button.
If you want to deselect all tasks, click "Deselect all" to deselect them, then click the "X" in the top right.
By clicking on each cell in the summary table, you can display a list of the corresponding users.
To the right of the user's average response score are icons that allow you to perform the following operations, from left to right:
Personal Data: Displays the user's basic information in a popup.
Display Personal Data in Subscreen: Displays the user's basic information on a subscreen. Unlike "Personal Data," this accepts operations from the previous screen, so is useful when you want to view the information of multiple users side by side.
Assessment Results: Allows you to view the assessment results based on the career model.
Task Level Assessment Results: Allows you to view the assessment results based on the task level.
Development Measures: Allows you to view the history of training, qualifications, and exams.
SkillNavi Form: Allows you to view the data entered using the SkillNavi Form.
SkillNavi Data: Allows you to view the data registered in SkillNavi Data by the administrator.
Goal Evaluation Results: Allows you to view past goal evaluation results.
Statistical Graph: Allows you to display personal data in a custom graph set by the administrator.
