You will register/confirm data according to the format created by the administrator.
First, select the form title for which you want to register/confirm from the list of form titles.
You can register new data.
Click the "Create New" button at the top of the screen and then click "Select User". A popup will open asking you to select a user, so select a user and register their data.
Please refer to the user manual for instructions on how to use the registration form.
You can register the exact same data for multiple users in one go using a standard format.
Click the "Create new" button at the top of the screen, click the "Add in bulk" button, and select the users you want to register.
The registration screen itself is the same as the new creation screen.
*File attachments cannot be done when registering in bulk.
The initial screen will display a list of user data.
You can also search for data using any criteria by clicking the "Search Criteria" link.
*From V4.3, "approval status" has been added to the search conditions.
After entering search criteria, click "Search with these criteria" to display a list of users who match the search criteria.
Exports SkillNavi form data as a CSV file.
The data that is output will be based on the search criteria at the time you click the "CSV Export" button.
You can view and edit the registered data using the icons displayed in the action section of the user list.
"View" icon: Allows you to view the registered content.
"Edit" icon: Allows you to move to the editing screen and edit the data.
"Edit on child screen" icon: Allows you to edit data by arranging multiple items on the child screen.
