On the user search screen, you can specify various conditions and search for users who meet those conditions.
Once you have narrowed down your users using the "User filtering conditions", click the "Search with these conditions" button to display a list of users.
After clicking on a user, you can check their personal data in the personal data section of the user manual.
To specify search conditions, click the "User Filtering Conditions" link at the top of the screen.
Any information associated with a user (see below) can be specified as a search condition.
User basic information / Skill value / Task value, task level / Career model / Data form / Training, qualifications, and exam information
Set the search conditions you want to specify and click the "Search with these conditions" button.
You can jump to the user's personal data screen by clicking the panel of the corresponding user.
Please refer to the user manual for instructions on how to use the personal data screen.
You can save your search criteria and reuse them in future searches or on other pages that include the user search module.
Click "Save search criteria" to the right of "User filter criteria" to display the following popup and save your currently specified search criteria.
You can also save by overwriting already saved search criteria.
Saved search conditions can be restored by clicking the "Load search conditions" button.
Search conditions with "system" to the right of the search condition name are search conditions saved by the administrator.
You can delete saved search conditions.
Click the "Delete search conditions" button and select the search conditions to delete them.
You can change the search condition name.
Click the "Update search condition name" button and select a search condition to display the following popup.
Enter a search condition name and save it to update the search condition name.
Click "Basic Graph" and select a graph to display a distribution graph of users in the search results.
Click the "Show Details" button to display the table data for that graph. You can also export the table data in CSV format.
After searching, click on "Training Plan" and select a training plan to see a list of exams/courses taken or scheduled for users in the search results.
