There are skills waiting for approval

This will be displayed if there are skills updated by a subordinate that require approval.

Clicking the message will open the "List of users awaiting approval" screen.

Select the target user to display the processing screen, enter an optional comment, and process the request using the "Reject" or "Approve" button.

There is a training phase that can be renewed

This is displayed when the flow moves to a phase that the manager should process in the training phase set by the system administrator.

Clicking the message will open the "Register training comments" screen.

Select the target user to display the processing screen and process the relevant phase.

There is a request for approval

This is displayed when there is a training application registered by a subordinate or a SkillNavi form (a format created by an administrator) that requires approval.

Clicking the message will open the "List of users waiting for approval" screen.

Select the target user to display the processing screen, enter an optional comment, and process the application using the "Reject" or "Approve" button.
