On the department comparison screen, you can display graphs comparing various data for each department.
Select the department you want to compare and display graphs created on the "Edit custom graph" screen or "Edit custom two-axis graph" screen.
Check the Include subordinate departments checkbox to display the aggregated results of the graph including the subordinate departments. For example, if there are departments 1 and 2 under the Sales department, you can view a graph that includes the Sales department as well as departments 1 and 2.
You can also select whether to display four basic graphs (age distribution, gender distribution, years of service distribution, and length of time in organization distribution) as basic graphs.
When you select a department or graph, the "Show selected" button will be displayed. Clicking this will allow you to check or deselect the selected items.
Click the "Show details" button to display the table data for that graph. You can also export the table data in CSV format.
The four basic graphs (age distribution, gender distribution, years of service distribution, and length of time in organization distribution) are displayed as pie charts.
If you specify multiple departments to display, when you click the Show details button, the departments in the table that is displayed will correspond from the top to the bottom of the pie chart.
In the image below, Division 1 shows the outermost pie chart, and Division 3 shows the innermost pie chart.
