Skill Correction

Managers can view user information within the scope of authority set for their own management department and management level number.

They can review the answers of their subordinates, correct the answer rank, and add comments.

The "Skill Correction" menu has the following submenus.

Correction from user list ・・・・・・・・・・・・ Correct answer rank for each employee from the employee list by narrowing down the users

Correction by sorting users by skill item ・・・・・・・・・・・・ List employees who have skill details associated with task classification and correct answer rank

Correction by specifying period of skill update date ・・・・・・・・・・・・ List employees whose answer rank was corrected during the specified period and correct answer rank

Mutual evaluation input ・・・・・・・・・・・・ Function for users to answer each other for each task classification of the career model set by the administrator
