On the "Correction by User" screen, you can correct the answer rank for each employee from the employee list filtered by user.
Specify the user filtering conditions and click the "Search with these conditions" button.
When you click on the user for whom you want to make adjustments, the "Skill Correction" screen will open in a separate window.
If a primary person is set, the career (old level definition), position, grade, etc. set as the primary person will be selected by default.
Clicking the "Show" button for a career will display a list of tasks associated with the selected career.
The last updated date and time will be displayed in green if it has been updated by the manager.
When you click on a task, the skills associated with that task will be displayed as a question list.
Click to enter the corrected value and, if necessary, enter the reason for the correction in the text field.
Once you have finished entering data, click the "Update skills" button to save your entries.
Clicking "Last updated" will allow you to sort the updated skills in ascending or descending order.
Clicking "Skills" above the answer rank will allow you to sort the answered skills in ascending or descending order.
You can download the acquired skills of the selected user in CSV format by clicking the "CSV Export" icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
