Mutual evaluator settings

By using the mutual evaluator classification, you can conduct mutual evaluations from various perspectives and check the results.

For example, by creating classifications such as superiors, colleagues, subordinates, etc. in advance with administrator privileges and setting the evaluator with manager privileges, you can conduct a mutual evaluation of the person being evaluated as a supervisor and the person being evaluated will be able to check how the evaluation was from the supervisor's perspective.

Set the evaluator for the person being evaluated according to the mutual evaluator classification set up in advance by the administrator.

The administrator must have created the mutual evaluator classification in advance.

Mutual evaluator settings

On the Mutual Evaluator Settings screen, set the evaluator for each classification of the person being evaluated.

By making these settings, each user will be able to enter their mutual evaluations.

Select the classification for which you will be setting the evaluator from the Peer Evaluator Classification pull-down menu, and set the evaluator for that classification.

If you select "Superior" from "Mutual Evaluator Classification" as in the image, the evaluator will be set as the supervisor of the person being evaluated.

Click the "Evaluation Target Setting" button for the evaluatee for which you want to set an evaluator linked to a classification.

A sub-screen will be displayed, listing users within the range previously set by the administrator.

You can set the evaluator by checking "Target" in the target settings and clicking the "Update Evaluator" button.

Department: Click the "Select" link to narrow down the departments, then click the "Show" button to display only users who belong to the selected department.

Fix evaluator on update: If "Yes" was checked when updating, only the manager who made the update will be able to change the evaluator.

Limit evaluators on update: Check "Yes" and the results will be narrowed down to only users who had "Target" checked in the target settings at the time of the update.

Confirmation of evaluator

You can check the users who have been set as evaluators for the person being evaluated by clicking the "Evaluator confirmation" button for the person being evaluated.
