The development measures screen is where you perform operations related to various measures (training, exams) that lead to user development.
Check training status... Check a list of the training history for each user and perform phase operations for users who are in a phase that requires action from a manager.
View training reviews... Select a training session and you can view a list of users who have taken that training, as well as details about each phase and reviews.
Enter exam results... Select an exam and register the scores of users who took that exam all at once.
