In the Custom Graph Display Settings screen, when the manager views it, various graphs created on the Custom Graph Edit or Custom Biaxial Graph Edit screen can be displayed to any user.
If the graph was created by an administrator, "system" will be written to the right of the graph name.
With Custom Graph Display Settings, you can select the users to display the graph in three ways:
Department
Main career model
User Type
Select the graph you want to display from the "Add" button and set the target user.
You can display the graph on the screen of a user who meets any of the above conditions.
When the manager who has set up the settings views, graphs will now be displayed on the personal data screen of the user to be displayed and the manager's dashboard screen.
If you check the "Simultaneous Display" element, when a graph is displayed on the target user's personal data screen, the average data for the same department or the same main user will be displayed as the comparison target.
Starting with version 3.5.6, the "Ignore viewing permissions" feature has been added.
If you set "Ignore viewing permissions" to "Yes", users who are higher than those with permissions that are not originally visible can also be included in the graph's aggregation target.
Example: If there is a manager (B) with a higher management level belonging to the same department as the manager (A) who is editing the graph, and if you check "Same department" in "Simultaneous View"
If "Ignore viewing permission" is "Yes."
Manager (A) can view graphs from the same department, which are aggregated, including manager (B). (Manager (B)'s personal data remains unavailable)
If "Ignore viewing permission" is "No."
The same department data in the graph that manager (A) can view does not include manager (B).
By specifying the target from the Add "Stask View" button, you can group those users together and display them in the graph.
*Users who meet both the department, user type, and user conditions will be grouped. (AND condition)
