By clicking on each link at the bottom of the screen, you can view information about employees in the department you belong to or are responsible for.
Below we will explain how to display each list.
The information of subordinates is displayed as a table or thumbnails. You can switch the display method using the button on the top right of the list.
"Department," "Employee number," and "Employee name" are displayed in a table format. Detailed user information can be confirmed by clicking the various icons on the right.
User images, basic information, and graphs such as skill indicators are displayed as thumbnails.
The basic information displayed can be changed using the "Edit display items" link.
Graphs can be selected from custom graphs created by administrators or managers.
For information on creating custom graphs and display settings from the manager screen, please refer to the respective links.
*If there are a large number of users or graphs displayed, it may take a while for the screen to display.
A list of each user's primary career model, progress during the target evaluation period, and evaluation at the end of the period will be displayed.
You can check the user's detailed information and progress by clicking the gear button on the right.
You can aggregate user data by department and display statistical and basic graphs. You can change the graphs displayed from the "Display Settings" link.

The following settings can be made from the "Display Settings" link.
Include Subordinate Departments/Only the Department: Select whether to include users in subordinate departments or only users in the department when compiling data for each department.
Basic Graph: Select whether to display the following graphs.
Age Distribution
Gender Distribution
Length of Service Distribution
Distribution of Length of Stay in Organization: Distribution of how long users have been in the current department (based on department history data)
Other: These will only be displayed as basic graphs if the administrator has added options using the user addition attribute function.
Statistical Graph: Select whether to display custom graphs created by the administrator or manager.
*If there are a large number of users or graphs displayed, it may take a while for the screen to display.
User information is displayed as a list of business card-style cards with images.
Clicking on a card will display the user's basic information.
