Based on the registered skills, the user's level is judged for each task category and the aggregated results are displayed in a matrix.
When you open the Task Level Assessment Results screen, all task categories will initially be displayed in a tree structure.
The results of your answers to the acquired skills for each task category will then be tallied and the number of people who fall into each level will be displayed.
If you want to change the tasks displayed in the list, click the "Select" link in the "Tasks" column.
Clicking the "Select" link will display the task category selection screen.
Check the task category that contains the tasks you want to display and click the "Next" button.
Tasks associated with the selected task category will be displayed, so click the task category you want to view and click the "Select" button.
If you want to remove only some tasks from the display, click the "Show selected" button in the task column.
A list of currently displayed tasks will be displayed, so click the "X" on the relevant row.
Click the "X" in the top right to close the popup, then click the "Show" button.
If you're unsure how to do this, click "Deselect all" to deselect the tasks, then click the "Select" link.
Clicking on each cell in the summary table will display a list of the corresponding users.
Clicking on a user row will take you to a screen where you can view detailed information about that user.
Click the "View" icon displayed to the right of the task category name and then click "Response Status List by Skill" to open the "Response Status List by Skill" screen.
Here, a matrix is displayed tallying users' responses for each skill.
The numbers in the summary table are links; clicking them will display a list of the relevant users.
Click the "View" icon to the right of the task category name and then click "Task Response Average" to open the "Task Response Average" screen.
Here, a list of the average responses for the task you clicked and the number of each response rank will be displayed.
Clicking the "User Information" icon will allow you to view detailed information about the user you clicked.
Clicking the "Edit (pencil)" icon will allow you to adjust the skills associated with the task you are viewing.
Clicking the "List View" button will switch the displayed tasks to a list view.
To return to the original view, click the "Hierarchy View" button.
Clicking "Show upper level" in the top left of the table will hide the deepest level of tasks that are displayed.
Clicking the "Show lower level" button in the top right of the table will show the deepest level of hidden tasks.
This function allows you to view the judgment results according to the task classification level you want to focus on.
