SkillNavi Form View

You can view data from the SkillNavi form according to the aggregation rules set by the system administrator.

Managers cannot change the aggregation rules (such as the target data or the number of targets that can be displayed in graphs).

Click the Form Views tab to display a list of available view titles.

Click the title of the view you want to use.

Select the period you want to view and click the "Display" button.

A list of periods will be displayed, so click on the period you want to view.

Data List

You can view a table format that compares all data between users for the specified collection period.

All columns for the specified period are displayed in a list.

Clicking on the numbers for each user's data will allow you to view details of the SkillNavi form used for that data.

カラム別グラフ

You can view a bar graph (or line graph) that compares data between users by column.

Select the column you want to display from the "Column" drop-down menu.

Starting from the specified period, data for the previous year, the period before that, the next period, the period after that, and the next year will be displayed together.

Graph by target

You can view a bar graph (or line graph) that compares aggregated columns for each target user.

Select the user you want to view from the "Target" drop-down menu.

Starting from the specified period, data for the previous year, the period before that, the next period, the period after that, and the next year will be displayed together.
