This function extracts talent based on the specified criteria.
The degree of suitability for the specified criteria is displayed as a percentage, and the match rate of the desired talent is expressed.
Unlike normal user searches, users can be extracted even if they do not necessarily meet all of the specified criteria.
For example, even if one of three conditions does not meet the criteria, if the other two stand out, the user will be extracted, so it can be used as a fuzzy search.
1) Specify tolerance
For each condition, set a threshold value for how much error is allowed against the criteria. For example, if you specify a test with a maximum score of 100 points and the tolerance value is 10 percent, users who score 90 points or more will be targeted.
2) Select match conditions
Specify the conditions to narrow down the users. You can specify from career model assessment level, task level, latest test result, highest test score, and Skill Navi data.
3) Execute search
Click the "Show" button to list the relevant users as shown below. For each listed user, a graph is displayed showing the overall suitability rate and how well each condition is met.
