On this screen, you can edit and view the Tobe Management targets (target number of people) created by the administrator.
Tobe Management is a function that sets and manages the career model assessment level, task assessment level, and current number of people for skill response rank, as well as future target values (target number of people) for each department.
Click the button on the right.
The explanation of each item in viewing and setting is as follows.
On the following screen, you can view and set the current number of people and future target values (target number of people). If you change the target sector above, the screen will automatically change.
The screen is explained below.
・"Current number of people": The current number of people who are judged at the level of the career model judgment level, task judgment level, and skill answer rank selected in the setting target.
・Input field: You can set the target value (target number of people) that will be judged at that level as of that date title (such as "2024" below).
・"Planned resignation": The number of users who are scheduled to resign as of that date title. Click to see a list of users. *The number of people scheduled to resign will only be reflected if the user's planned retirement date is registered.
*After changing the target value, be sure to click "Update".
You can view the target values and history. Opens the target value setting screen.
Click the "Plan and History" button to view the history and plan (target values) for each set target date in a stacked graph.
*History data will be displayed only if the administrator has already retrieved the history.
