"Mutual evaluation" is a feature that allows administrators to assess each other for each task category.
Users are assessed using an "answer rank" (R0 to R4 in the example below) created by the administrator for each task, and comments can also be added.
The level determined by mutual evaluation is based on the criteria specified in the task level judgment conditions set by the administrator.
On the mutual evaluation input screen, you can display a list of tasks or users to be evaluated.
Select whether to display by task or user, and select a separate department or task if necessary.
If the administrator has set up mutual evaluator classifications, the departments to which users within the set range belong will be displayed as the departments to be selected and evaluated.
If the administrator has not set up mutual evaluator classifications, all departments and users with a management level lower than your own will be displayed.
Once you have narrowed down the targets, click the "Display" button. A list of tasks or users will be displayed.
The following image shows the screen that appears when you select "Task" as the "Display method," and displays a list of tasks to be evaluated.
Clicking the "Enter mutual evaluation" button next to the name of the task you want to peer evaluate will open the evaluation input screen.
On this screen, each user can rate the selected task category.
When you select an answer rank, a comment field will be displayed. After entering the answer rank and comment (maximum 1200 characters), be sure to click the "Update rating" button at the bottom of the screen. *Commenting is not required.
When the rating is updated, the answer rank you rated will be displayed in green.
If you would like to view an explanation of the options for each answer rank, click the "About each rank" button next to the answer rank "Not registered", or hover the cursor over the answer rank to display details.
If you want to enter a rating for another task after completing the rating, return to the list of tasks to be rated by clicking "Close" in the upper left of the example below, and operate the "Mutual evaluation input screen (list of tasks to be rated)" again.
