The assessment results of the skills registered by users can be compiled and checked in real time.
The user's level is assessed based on the registered skills, and a matrix is displayed showing the user's position and number of users in relation to the defined career model.
The menu "Career Level Assessment (formerly Level Assessment)" lists the viewable career models as a submenu.
In the example shown below, levels are defined for each position/grade, from E1 (entry level) to M3 (advanced), and the total number of people who fall into each level, as well as the total number of people who have not yet reached level E1 (entry level) for each position/grade, are displayed in a list.
Clicking on each cell in the summary table will display a list of the corresponding users.
Clicking on a user row will take you to a screen where you can view detailed information about that user.
If you check "Count only primary users", only users who are set as primary users in this career model will be included in the calculation.
In addition to the number of people, the results can be viewed in two views:
"Show percentage" of the total number of people
Statistics of SkillNavi data by users who were judged to that level
"Show from SkillNavi data"
・"Show percentage" of total number of people
・Display from SkillNavi data
Clicking the (!) icon
will open a menu that displays information such as the mission/role/expected results for that position/grade, or the task level assessment results associated with that career model.
You can check the task level assessment results from "Task Level Assessment" on the manager screen.
