On the progress management screen, you can search and view goal data for members in your own department and departments in which you hold multiple positions.
When you select a target evaluation period, the phases set for that evaluation period will be displayed.
Check the progress you want to view and click the "Display" button.

Click the "Show" button to display a list of users that meet the criteria.
The items displayed in the list are as follows. Depending on the administrator's settings, some items may not be displayed.
Department/Employee Name
User's department, employee number, and name
Evaluation
List of evaluations for the goal
Progress
Progress of the user's goal. If pending approval, the name of the approver's manager
Deadline
Deadline for completing the progress review
Last update date
Date and time the goal was last updated
User proxy login
Clicking the icon will display a link to log in as the target user's account.
Data confirmation
Clicking the icon will display links to view the user's basic data, check the goal progress, and send emails.
Progress review
Clicking the icon will display a link to enter a progress review for the goal.
You can also save a list of current progress as a CSV file by clicking the "CSV Export" button at the top of the user list.
Clicking the "Send mass email" button at the bottom of the screen will send an email to all users displayed in the search results list.
Even if the progress is "Completed," if the user is displayed in the search results list, an email will be sent to that user.
If an evaluation period without a target flow is selected, the options in the progress column will be "Not submitted/Submitted."
