Bulk Approval

This function allows you to approve/reject/hold multiple applications related to goals and evaluations in bulk.

• This can be done in bulk if the application is in either a phase where only manager approval/rejection occurs

• or a phase where manager approval/rejection and summary entry occurs

• or if only one approver is required in that phase.

Select either approve/reject/hold from the approver selection pull-down menu.

The Hold All/Approve All/Reject All buttons in the upper right allow you to specify approval/reject/hold for all users in bulk.

Click the "Update" button.
